A new pharmacy provider agreement with Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) went into effect on January 1, 2018 to provide further benefits to pharmacies.
We have received questions from members about the new PBC agreement and have heard various interpretations of the agreement. We have been in contact with PBC to get further clarity on interpretations and adjudication issues. In the meantime, to help address these questions, the BCPhA will be hosting a live webinar on Wednesday, January 17, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. (PST) with Derek Desrosiers, Director of Pharmacy Practice Support.
